Making your own Wellbeing box

 

This process starts with a box, of any sort, shape or size. It just needs to be empty and waiting to be filled by you.


1. Take time to decorate your box, make it appealing, it’s a nice therapeutic way to consider that colours and textures that you like.


2. Get creative, search for things you know you will use to help your wellbeing the things that make you feel relaxed. (Candles, snacks, comfy items, Favourite DVD or Novel).


3. Store it in a place that you will be able to access, in a safe and secret place under your bed or on top of your wardrobe.


4. Review your items, you may need to replace and add, so be proactive in this. Continue to make it exciting…
