Who doesn’t like a good travel and a break, I can make a mixtape on how many sighs I would make along with the famous line “ahh, I need a holiday”. Not all the time we can go on as many holidays as we want in a year. Knowing me I would want a break every day, but as this is not possible as much as it would be nice the realistic option would be to make the most out of the time we do get. Let’s just say quality over quantity.

How I do this…

  1. Making the most out of weekends

If having a 9-5 job keeps you busy in the week, try planning weekends to stay charged or to recharge. Start the planning on a Monday so you look forward to something.

  1. Keep the costing down

I know that keeping a Piggy bank is something that has times are moving I is often a forgotten importance, but once you realise how every penny can build a five-pound note, you will be surprise how useful this is. E.g Spa days at home, there are lots of individual items that can make this amazing; where foot scrub and face mask are selling at great prices in discount shops. That’s enough to have a heavenly relaxing treat.

  1. Road trips and holidays

Planning in advance helps to make a holiday worthwhile it also calms the itching mind from wanting to escape from daily duties. On your breaks take a five-minute moment to make a search on your dream holiday, save and plan. Spend your time with the purpose of looking after your well-being. If you are tired, aim to plan how you can overcome this with a relaxing break.
