I have always found the journey of self-discovery fascinating. Learning about who I am as a person has been a daily therapy. I am able to take time to ponder and have found effective ways of being able to do this in the moment. Diary entries are so powerful in allowing us to reflect, consider and evaluate.

Make it your purpose to understand life’s direction; your abilities, strength and weaknesses, goals, aim and priorities.

You may say to yourself “Well it’s all stored in my mind, there is no need to put anything down on a piece of paper”. But the skill to writing is to allow your mind to acknowledge, to see and refer back to it without the effects of doubt and fear changing your direction.

Becoming aware of who you are as a person acts as a steering wheel to a car, we learn our strengths and weakness and we build our character. This is also beneficial as we can steer away from the hazards and make an informed choice to take the journey with purpose, meaning and faith.

Documented Reflections

# Purpose 1

I see daily life as water droplets, all of them will collect to form a bigger source (sea). Therefore, everyday matters, nothings pointless it all has a reason and purpose. I would get frustrated at times with my own progress, not having patience only hurts yourself. I have learnt that I will make mistakes, but those mistakes act as fuel to not go down the wrong route again; but to use my knowledge of the event as a warning sign and a reminder. I am happy that with these droplets (daily life) creates a flow and a full wave current to motivate me to keep going. I am strong because I have chosen to learn and humble myself to the learning overall, I trust God, that in him my progress has a purpose.
